Currently I'm in my Junior year at Moody Bible Institute in downtown Chicago. I am finishing up my degree in Elementary Education. The program is pretty much the hardest elementary ed program you could imagine, but I love it a lot because it's the only place I know of that you can be a Bible and El Ed major at the same time. We work really hard to that end, but it is very cool to be some of the first people to learn an integrative philosophy of Christian education. I can't wait to start practicing all this; and the countdown is on, because in a little over a year I will be doing full time student teaching.

I am feeling a little tired after spending the entire night dialoguing with my two new best friends--Robert Peterson and Edward Fudge. I had to write a theological dialogue on the two views on hell (it is eternal or it is destruction). Anyways, I spent all night writing from my own perspective and theirs. I'm having an experience kind of like Russel Crowe in A Beautiful Mind. I don't mean that I've become a genius--so I'll let you guess what I mean.
This picture is of my new haircut. I do like it, but I think I am wearing my hair up for Junior/Senior Banquet in a couple of weeks, so we'll have to see what I can do with these bangs.
For Easter weekend my good friend Sarah and I are cooking a big Easter Meal for all of our friends who will be here. I'm not sure how many people are coming, but I think this is going to entail a lot of food (we are charging 5$/head to cover it).
My best friend from AZ is coming on friday. There is no school because of Good Friday, so we can hang out all day!! I will try to update with some pics of the meal and Britt's visit next week.
I love you all and hope you have a wonderful Easter! Posted by Picasa

Zachary just loves to write in the third person, and he happens to be very good at it! If you see him, tell him I said hello!

Could hell be something other than those 2 choices? I assume you mean either eternal punishment or no longer existing in any form. right? What about a purgatory state (no, not CO) where you are in holding until your time is called to move to heaven? Or what about having to take a class where you have to think about these things?

Have a good Easter.

I like your haircut, Leigh. I was glad to hear that your visit with Brittany went well. (That wasn't in your blog but I am your mom and I get inside information.) I hope the banquet is great! I love you. Happy Easter!
